Firma ALMA Confectionery byla  převzata firmou Cadbury roku 1992. Firma DUNCAN´byla založena roku 1861 v Dundee. Společnost se přestěhovalo do Edinburghu roku 1884 a roku 1927 se stalo součástí firmy Rowntree. Továrna ukončila výrobu roku 1987, ale byla ozději znovu otevřena jako nezávislá firma  DUNCAN´s of Scotland.  Firma KSHOCOLAT byla založena roku 2003. Zakladatel firmy LEES´ FOODS John J. Lees vyvinul čokoládovou tyčinku The Lees original macaroon bar roku 1931.

ALMA Confectionery was acquired by Cadbury in 1992. DUNCAN´s was established in 1861 in Dundee. Company moved to Edinburgh in 1884 and in 1927 became part of Rowntree. Factory was closed  in 1987 and than reopened as independent company DUNCAN´s of Scotland. KSHOCOLAT was established in 2003. Founder of LEES´ FOODS John J. Lees created their most famous product The Lees original macaroon bar in 1931.
